I’ve been in your shoes…

I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed with trying to stay on top of all the changes in our industry and making sure we’re collecting what we’ve billed.

As a proud FAADOM, I have worked/managed dental offices for 27+ years. Starting as a dental customer service representative, my experiences span managing multi-location practices to growing a practice from the ground up.

I began full-time speaking and consulting in 2021. I train dental practices around the country to improve their Dental Insurance knowledge and administrative systems.

If I’m not in a practice, you can find me traveling the country speaking at national conventions talking on a variety of Dental Insurance topics.

As the founder/president of the Buffalo/WNY AADOM Chapter, as well as an active Ambassador and Fellow class of 2015 you can also find me teaching local AADOM chapters.

I can proudly say I was named one of the TOP 25 Women in Dentistry (2017) by Dental Products Reports, and a proud member of NADP (National Association of Dental Plans), DCC-Dental Consultants Connection.
