Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: September 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ColleenHuff.com, Learn.ColleenHuff.com, and any related webpages, courses, downloads, services, memberships, or digital products that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by Colleen Huff (“Colleen Huff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a course or digital product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site or make a purchase.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in a way that infringes another person’s rights, interferes with the Site’s operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to an account or system, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
2. Account Registration and Security
Certain courses and resources may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
Course access is licensed to the individual or organization identified at checkout. You may not share your username, password, course access, or purchased materials with unauthorized individuals.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, accessed fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
3. Course Purchases and Payment
Prices, course descriptions, included materials, access periods, and payment options will be displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The billing information you provide is accurate;
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the stated amount; and
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you remain responsible for every scheduled payment unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise. Losing access because of a failed payment does not automatically cancel the remaining balance owed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by fraud, an unauthorized transaction, a technical error, or materially incorrect pricing. If we cancel a fully paid order before providing access, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
4. Course Access
The access period for each course will be stated on its sales page, checkout page, or inside the course portal. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a course does not provide lifetime access.
Course access begins when login credentials or access instructions are issued, whether or not you immediately log in or begin the course.
You are responsible for having the equipment, internet connection, software, and technical ability necessary to access online course materials.
We may update, reorganize, replace, or remove individual lessons, downloads, or resources when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, or update a course. Any changes will not materially reduce the overall educational value of a paid course during its stated access period.
5. Refund Policy
Because our courses provide immediate access to proprietary digital content, all purchases are considered final except as expressly provided below.
Seven-Day Refund Request Period
We understand that a course may occasionally be purchased by mistake. You may request a refund within seven calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that less than 25% of the course has been marked complete.
Both requirements must be satisfied:
- The refund request must be received within seven calendar days of purchase; and
- Less than 25% of the course may be marked complete at the time the request is received.
If 25% or more of the course has been marked complete, accessed as complete, or otherwise recorded as completed by our course platform, the purchase is not eligible for a refund—even if the request is submitted within seven days.
Course-completion percentages will be determined using the records maintained by our course platform. For a bundle containing multiple courses, we may consider the completion or use of the bundle as a whole and the individual courses or materials included in it.
After Seven Days
After the seven-day request period expires, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Not beginning the course, failing to use the course, lacking time to participate, changing your mind, experiencing scheduling conflicts, or failing to complete the course before access expires does not create a right to a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund, contact us through the contact form on ColleenHuff.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Include:
- Your full name;
- The email address used for the purchase;
- The name of the course; and
- The purchase date.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We will review the request to confirm that it meets all eligibility requirements.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Access to the refunded course and its associated materials will be terminated when a refund is approved.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
6. Course-Progress and Usage Tracking
To operate the Site, deliver purchased courses, protect account security, and improve our content, we and our service providers may collect and record information about how visitors and students interact with the Site.
This information may include:
- Pages and lessons viewed;
- Course progress and completion percentages;
- Video views and viewing progress;
- Downloads and link clicks;
- Quiz, assessment, or assignment activity;
- Login dates, times, and frequency;
- IP address, browser, device, and operating-system information;
- Referring pages and general location information;
- Purchases, transactions, and account activity; and
- Interactions with emails, advertisements, and website forms.
We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, session technologies, and similar tracking methods. These technologies may be provided by third parties that assist with course delivery, payments, analytics, advertising, email communications, security, and website performance.
Course-progress records may be used to determine course completion, maintain access, provide support, issue completion acknowledgments, and evaluate refund eligibility under Section 5.
For more information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected, please review our Privacy Policy and any cookie notice displayed on the Site. Where required by applicable law, you may be provided with choices regarding nonessential cookies or certain forms of tracking.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and all materials made available through it—including videos, recordings, written lessons, course frameworks, templates, calculators, worksheets, checklists, downloads, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, audio, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Colleen Huff and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own internal personal or professional education during the applicable access period.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute course materials;
- Share course credentials or materials with unauthorized people;
- Record, screen-capture, download, or duplicate content except where a download is expressly provided;
- Sell, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit the materials;
- Post materials to another website, shared drive, social platform, learning platform, or artificial-intelligence system;
- Use the materials to create or train a competing course, product, service, model, database, or resource; or
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
A practice or business may not provide organization-wide access based on a single-user purchase unless the applicable product expressly includes team access.
8. Educational Information and Professional Disclaimer
Our courses and Site content are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, clinical, or insurance-carrier advice, and they do not create a professional-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or employment relationship.
Dental insurance policies, payer requirements, codes, reimbursement practices, laws, regulations, and industry guidance may change and may differ by carrier, plan, contract, jurisdiction, and individual circumstances.
You are responsible for independently verifying information before applying it to a patient, claim, practice, contract, or business decision. When appropriate, consult a qualified attorney, accountant, compliance professional, coding professional, insurer, payer representative, or other licensed adviser.
We do not guarantee that using our courses or materials will result in increased reimbursements, approvals, collections, profitability, revenue, savings, or any particular professional or financial outcome. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not promise that you will achieve the same results.
9. Continuing-Education Credit
A course does not provide continuing-education credit unless the applicable course page expressly states that credit is available and identifies the relevant requirements.
When continuing-education credit is offered, you are responsible for confirming that the course is accepted by your licensing board, employer, professional association, or applicable jurisdiction. Completion records or certificates do not guarantee acceptance by any third party.
10. Communications
By providing your email address or telephone number, you agree that we may send transactional communications relating to your account, purchases, course access, security, and customer support.
If you separately consent to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or account-related communications.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a course unless clearly stated otherwise.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, course-hosting systems, scheduling tools, social networks, or other services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, terms, or performance of third-party services. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of that website, business, product, or service.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;
- Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions;
- Scrape, harvest, mine, or automatically extract Site content or user information;
- Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Interfere with another user’s access;
- Share, resell, or improperly distribute course access or content;
- Use Site content to infringe another party’s rights; or
- Encourage or assist another person in violating these Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or a course if you violate these Terms, fail to make a required payment, share access without authorization, misuse our intellectual property, engage in fraudulent activity, or threaten the security or operation of the Site.
Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund and does not eliminate unpaid amounts that remain lawfully due.
Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and any provisions that should reasonably survive will remain effective after termination.
14. Site Availability
We work to keep the Site and course platform available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be limited because of maintenance, updates, service-provider outages, security concerns, internet failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund. If a material interruption caused by us substantially prevents access to a paid course, we may, at our discretion, extend the access period or provide another reasonable remedy.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, courses, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or system. We also do not warrant that course content will meet every user’s needs or produce a particular outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colleen Huff and her employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, denied claims, reimbursement changes, or decisions made in reliance on Site or course content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to a purchased course or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colleen Huff and her employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party’s rights, or your unauthorized sharing or misuse of course materials.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Colleen Huff maintains her principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our offerings, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase will not retroactively eliminate rights already provided at the time of purchase unless required by law.
20. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable checkout terms, Privacy Policy, and any additional written terms presented for a specific product or service, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site and purchase of the applicable offering.
If product-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms will control for that product.
